As Development Associate, Luke Denyer supports the regional partners in identifying and executing development opportunities in Texas. In this role, he will assist in site identification and acquisition, entitlements, design, construction and budget oversight. Additionally, he provides support to the Senior Vice President in compiling market research, updating models and preparing investment packages.
Mr. Denyer began his career as a financial analyst for the fixed income investment platform at BlackRock in London, UK. In this role, he assisted with routine budgeting and forecasting, provided guidance on performance trends, and investigated revenue and expense ad hoc queries from the portfolio managers. While in London, he concurrently attended St. Mary’s University Twickenham to pursue his M.B.A. As a part of this graduate program, he also attended the University of Phayaou in Bangkok, Thailand to complete additional courses, fieldwork and his dissertation associated with the M.B.A.’s focus on International Business.
Mr. Denyer holds a B.B.A in Finance with Honors from the University of Oklahoma. As an undergraduate, he participated in multiple internship programs with roles conducting market research and financial service. Also, while in attendance, he held various leadership positions in the business school and consulted for non-profit organizations in the Oklahoma City area.
